TNF Week 4: Dolphins vs Bengals

These two teams played completely opposite games last week. In what was probably the most anticipated game of the week, the Phins overcame the most embarrassing safety of all time and pulled out a thrilling W against Josh Allen and the Super Bowl favorite Bills. On the flip side, the Bengals routed the Jets and came through for everyone and their mother who had Bengals -6. Listen, I’m not a stat guy but I’m pretty sure 99% of all bets and all money wagered on this game was on the Bengals -6. Every once in a while, the square bets hit... which is why I’m giving out one myself here for tonight’s game.

The Bet: While both of these teams seem to have firecracker offenses, their totals are going under at combined 5-1 this year for an 83% hit rate. 48.5 is too many points for two teams who haven’t been hitting their overs AT ALL. And while the Bengals had a big bounce back game, let’s be real... they crushed the Jets. In my mind they are still fraudulent as fuck and won’t have my respect until they beat at least 2 good teams. The play here is teasing the Dolphins and the Under so that you have Dolphins +9.5 and the under at 54.5. Now that I write that down, I truly don’t see how it loses. This teaser is a mortal fucking LOCK!
